Today is a busy day. Lora begins her exams today and Einar has an all day conference at work.

We had a plan to meet and look at 'my chair' together (and maybe buy 2?), but I think that might be postponed till tomorrow because his conference lasts till 6 or 7. Plus, the battery in the jeep died (it is currently being recharged), so I gave Einar the Toyota. Sigh... I guess I'll continue to straddle a kitchen chair or recline when I get tired of being upright. One more day...

Or maybe two! Blast! I forgot. Tomorrow, being the first of May, is a holiday, so many places will be closed. I have to find out if the chair store is one of them.

I looked out and the piles of severed tree branches and bags of garden detritus have vanished from our street. Looks much better! :) Although some trimming is still needed.

I sat out on my glider yesterday and just let the sun soak in. It was windy all around but pretty protected where the glider sits, so I sat there for awhile, bundled in my jacket, admiring the daffodils that had blossomed. Sooo pretty! I think Brynja wishes for some Spring flowers over by her apartment. Who knows, maybe their building committee will plant some bulbs. :)

It's just as cool and windy out today. Once the sun has warmed up the patio, maybe I'll go sit outside some more. Blue sky and pretty flowers - a nice combination. :) Now if the wind would just die down..
