When I awoke this morning, I had a bee in my bonnet which dragged me straightaway to do some spring cleaning. I spent three hours in this pursuit and only stopped because my back said 'no more!'. But even though I am now being good and sitting in my special chair, sipping on my 3rd cup of tea, I am also doing tons of laundry. I will be doing more tomorrow, for the basket is full to the brim. This is because the first loads were taken from downstairs. What's left from downstairs I've stuffed into the basket so that I don't have to see a mound of dirty material whenever I look into the hallway. Even better, now I can go downstairs and see and smell cleanliness! :)

I'm not done, but have made significant progress. The bathroom downstairs, at least, is much cleaner than it was. I spent a while scrubbing floor, tiles, toilet and sink. I do NOT understand how the sink can get so grey! Well, actually I can, but it's depressing. Especially since I never use it! Anyway, I resorted to ajax powder and a lot of elbow grease. The sink looks better, but will never achieve the gleaming whiteness it once had. I also spruced up the kitchen upstairs. And that ALWAYS makes me feel better. :)

I want to know why email from me to certain others is being stopped somewhere. For awhile it was a particular couple of addys, and now that those two are finally receiving their mail (after several months of grief), now the mail service is doing the same to both of Brynnie's addresses.

There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the phenomenon. I've been sending email to the same address for over a year and all was fine. Suddenly starting late last month, none of my emails to her get through, neither to the original addy nor to the backup addy she gave me to try. This is frustrating!!!!

I know the problem orginates on my end, but I do not know what is causing it.

Ah well, at least she's close enough that I can pick up the phone or just talk with her in person. These little annoyances just emphasize how good I usually have it and make me envision going back to snail mail. Ugh!

Maybe what it means is that I'm going to have to give up and use a different server to handle my email. I'm not looking forward to changing. :(
