I got incredibly much accomplished today. :) Including putting in yet MORE NEW PICTURES (in June). ;) You know where to go, people! hehe

Much of the day went into finishing working on, labeling and uploading the pictures. But I also went shopping, did laundry, baked, made beef stew and biscuits from scratch, answered emails, and have finished cleaning up the kitchen. So now, the evening stretches before a weary me with plenty on the tv to watch and an interesting book to read (Andri grabbed it and started reading it while eating his dessert, but did not try to abscond with it, hehe).

Bjarni called me twice, using me as a guinea pig. But the first time he called, the connection was so poor that I had no idea why. I went on msn and then he called again; this time the connection wasn't bad but the sound was so low that I practically had the phone crammed in one ear with my finger in the other to hear him whisper at me. He told me he had the sound cranked all the way up on his laptop, too. He did a couple more experiments with his cell phone and then Ewelina's (to her surprise) as well. He was not very enthusiastic about the results.

Yesterday, I worked on the downstairs, changing around some pictures, cleaning and straightening. When I was done with that, I made a collage of collected beautiful Icelandic landscapes upstairs. Einar spent quite a few minutes trying to figure out where each picture was taken (without looking at the captions). He's pretty good. ;)

Hunh...I guess it's all about pictures lately. But no more new ones - at least not until Friday! hehe
